DCL Auto Workshop App

DCL Auto Workshop is a custom dealer management system I co-developed with Dennis Laxamana for a multi-branch automotive and fleet service business. It replaces separate spreadsheets and tools with one platform that covers the whole workshop: booking a vehicle into a service bay, invoicing the job, and reporting on profit.

The system covers bookings and bay scheduling, work orders, and digital vehicle inspections with health scoring. It also runs parts inventory, suppliers and purchase orders, invoicing and P&L reporting, warranty claims, and preventive maintenance schedules. On the staff side, it handles shift rosters, the time clock and payroll. For corporate fleet clients, it manages contracts and dispatch.

Managers start from a live dashboard showing fleet availability, units that are down, overdue services and revenue. They can filter it by branch.

Role: Co-developer. Covering UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, and branding.
